What is CAMP PULSE?
CAMP PULSE is a dance workshop featuring today’s hottest tween choreographers from your favorite hit TV shows, music videos, and feature films. It is a beginner’s workshop geared towards introducing the novice dancer to the convention style setting.
How is CAMP PULSE different from The PULSE On Tour?
CAMP PULSE is similar in design to our PULSE On Tour workshop. A two day workshop filled with classes and more! We hope that CAMP PULSE will help young dancers prepare for our more advanced PULSE On Tour convention.
What ages are allowed?
CAMP PULSE is suggested for ages 8 to 13.
Do I need any dance experience? What kind of experience?
We suggest basic studio training in jazz and hip hop. Movement will be taught at the Beginner to Advanced Beginner level.
Who will be teaching?
Our weekend faculty will include the masterminds behind your favorite TV shows and Movies including iCarly, Camp Rock, High School Musical, and Hannah Montana!
How do I register?

What type of payments do you accept?
CAMP PULSE accepts MasterCard, Visa, check, or money order. At this time, we only accept US currency. If you need assistance with your registration, please call 877-PULSE-01.

Can I come for one day?
Sorry, at this time we do not offer any one day-rates.
What will classes be like?
Faculty will teach the dancers routines in 45 to 60 minute classes.
What else happens beside class?
In addition to a weekend of classes, there will also be talk backs, photos, and autographs with the faculty. As well as games, contests, and a CAMP PULSE Show Off!
What should I wear?
There is no dress code for CAMP PULSE - come as you are! Most dancers wear hip hop clothes, sweats, or tighter-fitting outfits for classes. Remember, you will be dancing on carpet, so bring several dance shoe options such as jazz shoes, sneakers, dance paws, knee socks or whatever you feel comfortable in. Be sure to pick up the hottest CAMP PULSE gear to wear in class as well! Please be mindful of your age when choosing your outfit. We encourage age appropriate dance attire! Thank you!
What is the CAMP PULSE Show Off?
CAMP PULSE Show Off is a final weekend jam session to show your parents and friends what you’ve learned all weekend! Anyone can come to the CAMP PULSE Show Off- no wristband required!
Can I take pictures or videotape during the weekend?
This event is too exciting not to capture on film! Professional photographers will be onsite all weekend, so be sure to check out the photos of yourselves to purchase. However, you are welcome to use your personal still cameras throughout the workshop. No videotaping will be allowed during the event at any time.
Are observers allowed?
Yes! You may purchase an observer band when you register for the workshop. Please note, all observer bands are non-refundable and may not be transferred from one person to another. CAMP PULSE is not responsible for lost or stolen bands. Noise level and activity should be kept to a minimum out of consideration for the faculty and dancers.
Note: You must be accompanying a dancer to observe.

Groups of 5 or more dancers who register together receive $10 off per dancer plus one free observer band for the group!
